Worskhop Application

Studio policies;

We will run up to 4 workshops/month.
Submissions need to be in 6 weeks in advance.
Teachers can create specific signup policies (ex. the studio's is sign ups open 2 weeks in advance and 5 hour cancellation. Madison's is no restriction on sign up and 24 hour cancellation.)
There must be a discounted rate offered to unlimited members.
Ideally 1 person to a pole, exceptions can be made. (means a 6 student max)
Workshops longer than 2 hours or more than 1 day, must submit an outline of what you plan to cover in the workshop each day, and create handouts for students. (Madison is happy to help)
All instructors are required to have independent pole teacher insurance as a private contractor.

Pay (Two Options) ;

Workshops offer a 70/30 split. (ex. $30 class with 6 students. Total $180, Teacher keeps $126, Euphoria gets $52.). You pick the price.
Students can use their class pass or membership or pay $25, and instructor get the regular instructor rate based on the type of class.
