Spin Pole

Service Description

We will cover tricks & transitions on spin mode. We will learn variations of intro to pole dance moves, new transitions, adding details to climbs, and practice flow. Prerequisites: All levels welcome! Recommended that students have taken a minimum of 3 intro to pole dance classes. Max class is size 12, with 2 people per pole.
