Service Description
Learn the fundamentals of a Pole Assisted Handstand! We will cover handstands to and from a jasmine, inside leg hang, brass monkey, layback, and more! Prerequisites; outside and inside leg hangs, and can hold a wall assisted handstand for 15+ seconds. Heels and kneepads encouraged, but nor required.

Cancellation Policy
24 hour cancellation policy for a full refund, half refund will be given with a 12 hour notice. Any less than 12 hours notice will result in forfeit of full workshop fee.
