Mixed-Levels Pole Dance

Service Description

This class will break down basic moves including climbs and inverts as well as challenging moves with two point contact. Prerequisites include; pole sit, jasmine, and climb. Student must have taken at least 5 into to pole classes or similar at another studio. Max class is size 12, with 2 people per pole.
