Level 1 Tricks & Combos

Service Description

Level is a class for people who have taken a few intro to pole classes and want something a little more challenging! We'll learn combos, introductory aerial tricks and inversions, spins, and floor work, while building strength & technique needed for the more advanced tricks classes. Prerequisites: work in progress climb, jasmine, seat. Max class is size 12, with 2 people per pole.
