Service Description

Learn how to invert from the ground up in this four week workshop. We will go through many variations of the classic invert, including finding flow in and out of inverted moves. This class is accessible to students of all levels! (But a strong jasmine is highly recommend) Max class is size 6, with 1 person per pole.
