Service Description

This class will focus on expanding upon and learning new variations of intermediate moves and combos. Prerequisites; comfortable climb, aeriel jasmine, invert from the floor and outside and inside leg hangs. Pole heels are optional but encouraged. Max class is size 6, with 1 person per pole.
