Intermediate Spin Pole

Service Description

We will cover combos, inverted tricks, and transitions on spin. Prerequisites: Participants of this class should be confident, climbing, inverting from the ground to an outside leg hang and infinity spinning on both sides and have taken at least 10 Spin Pole classes and 5 Intermediate Inverted Tricks classes or similar at another studio. Max class is size 12, with 2 people per pole.
