Intermediate Inverted Tricks

Service Description

This class will focus on expanding upon and learning new variations of dragonfly, inside/outside leg hangs, inverts/chopper, clam/jade, butterfly, etc.! Prerequisites: Participants of this class must be comfortable inverting to a leg hang on both sides and have taken at least 10 Intro to Inverted Tricks classes or similar at another studio. Max class is size 12, with 2 people per pole.
