Service Description
This class will focus on building strength on & off the pole in our heels (or socks!). We will drill & perfect our foundation; pirouettes, dips, walks, etc. while strengthening our lines (straight legs), toe point, core, and shoulders. Learn and practice old and new low flow combos. Participants should have a comfortable pirouette and dip. Max class is size 12, with 2 people per pole (when needed).
