Service Description
Learn exercises, progressions, and variations of baby butterfly to extended butterfly to inverted D and many more in this 4 week workshop! Participants of this class should be comfortable and confident in a jasmine and inverted crucifix, with a work in progress outside leg hang and full bracket/split grip spins. Rough Class Schedule, not all inclusive. Please note that this workshop will be different for everyone depended on our pre-existing strength, time doing pole, shoulder stability, and how we learn. Please reach out if you have any questions. Week 1: Baby butterfly, handstand variations, grip variations, lots of muscle awareness learning and conditioning. Advanced entries will be offered. Week 2: Extended Butterfly, grip variations, butterfly combos, etc. Week 3: Extended Butterfly, Inverted D, Ayesha Prep/conditioning, Sneaky V, spin pole, etc Week 4: Ayesha Day! Elbow, Cup, True, and Twisted. Handspring for those feeling comfortable, strong and confident. Max class is size 6, with 1 person per pole.

24 hour cancellation policy for a full refund, half refund will be given with a 12 hour notice. Any less than 12 hours notice will result in forfeit of full workshop fee.
