Service Description

Explore new moves to bring to the floor. Whether you’re looking for new moves to add to your floor work routines or are just beginning to introduce levels into choreo, this class will take you through crawls, getting to the floor gracefully, and side plank moves. We will combine our skills into a short combo at the end. This class is accessible to all levels. No experience required. Max class size is 8.

Cancellation Policy

24 hour cancellation policy for a full refund, half refund will be given with a 12 hour notice. Any less than 12 hours notice will result in forfeit of full workshop fee.
