Beginner Babes Bootcamp
Service Description
Ready to start your pole journey? Join us for this 5-Week intensive and create a strong foundation of pole movement and strength. Each 90-minute session is designed to help you develop fluidity, control, and confidence as you explore the power of floor-based choreography, base work, and foundational tricks up the pole. You can expect: Floor work and base work fundamentals including waves, shoulder rolls, pirouettes, kneeling pirouettes, shoulder falls, static rotation spins, dips, and more! Progressive skill building with new tricks introduced each week, creating a foundation for tricks up the pole! Strength + mobility conditioning Choreography practice, culminating in a full mini-routine on the final day A supportive atmosphere where you’re encouraged to explore, play, and grow We will build a routine together, with space to add you own personal flair. On Jan 31 at 12:30pm we will have a mini showcase, where you can perform in a small groups or solo. Students are welcome to invite up to 2 guests to come and watch the performance! Prerequisites: NONE! An excitement and eagerness to learn! What do I need? - Short shorts and athletic top, pole specific ware or a bikini/swimwear - socks or pole-specific heels - kneepads (we also have loaner pairs in the studio) - a water bottle Max class size; 6, 1 student per pole
Cancellation Policy
24 hour cancellation policy for a full refund, half refund will be given with a 12 hour notice. Any less than 12 hours notice will result in forfeit of full workshop fee.
