Advanced Spin Pole

Service Description

We will cover longer combos of intermediate tricks, inverted tricks, and detailed transitions on spin. Prerequisites: Participants of this class should be confident climbing and inverting to leg hangs, with comfortable (not perfect) ballerina and aerial invert and have taken at least 10 intermediate Spin Pole classes and 5 Intermediate Inverted Tricks classes or similar at another studio. Max class is size 12, with 2 people per pole.
