Advanced Inversions Workshop

Service Description

In this class expect to learn new and increasingly more difficult ways of getting upside down on spin and static. We will cover static rotation and flare inverts, bowties and leg waves while inverting, and some simple but strong combos to get upside down! We'll cover fluidity between moves and may transition into butterflies/ayeshas, brass monkeys, etc. Participants of this class must be very confident in inverting from the ground on both sides & their chopper and actively working on aerial inverts.
