Service Description
Through repetition, we can create seamless pathways with both softness and intensity. We will learn and practice 3-5 ways of traveling on the floor, and explore our flow to create new shapes and build confidence. Max class: 8, no poles needed Prerequisites: no specific prerequisites. Choreo, heels or floorwork experience recommend. Bring: Heels or socks, knee pads or long pants, shoulder coverings suggested.

Cancellation Policy
24 hour cancellation policy for a full refund, half refund will be given with a 12 hour notice. Any less than 12 hours notice will result in forfeit of full workshop fee.
