Service Description

Come ready to stomp and sweat in this high-energy pole choreography class. Hard Style is a branch of Russian Exotic that is all about attitude, timing, and bold, explosive movement—think sharp lines, hard hits, and unapologetic presence. Perfect for beginners to this style, this class focuses on building confidence with speed and power over trick complexity. We will introduce and break down foundational Hard Style elements, including dynamic poses, power spins, and heel clacks with musicality-driven choreography. You'll build strength, timing, and that signature hard-hitting edge—all while learning to command the pole with confidence. Max class size 6, 1 student per pole. Closed toed platform boots recommended and knee pads required. Not for students brand new to pole. Must have taken at least 5 choreo based classes (or heels conditioning & combos) and comfortable in basic pole tricks from the ground such as pirouettes, dip spins, fan kicks, etc…
